Tortilla with cheese and pine nuts
- Potatoes 450 g
- Egg 6 pcs
- Manchego cheese 50 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pine nuts to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Boil peeled and chopped potatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Put thin layer of potatoes in a greased, deep baking pan.
- Mix eggs, grated Manchego cheese, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk the mixture and pour over the potatoes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool, then cut into squares and sprinkle with pine nuts.
