Tortilla with cheese and pine nuts

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 450 g
  • Egg 6 pcs
  • Manchego cheese 50 g
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Pine nuts to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Boil peeled and chopped potatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Put thin layer of potatoes in a greased, deep baking pan.
  2. Mix eggs, grated Manchego cheese, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk the mixture and pour over the potatoes.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool, then cut into squares and sprinkle with pine nuts.
