Spicy Date and Pine Nut Oil Sauce
- Chives 8 stalks
- Italian parsley 50 g
- Pitted dates 0.6 cups
- Pine Nuts ½ cup
- Pine nut oil 6 tablespoons
- Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
- Lemon zest 2 teaspoons
- Habanero pepper 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- In a small bowl, mix the finely chopped onion, chopped parsley, finely chopped dates, nuts, oil, lemon juice and zest. Mix well.
- Add crushed pepper to taste and salt.
