Pie with pine nut oil and pine nuts
- Milk 100 ml
- Wheat flour 200 g
- Pine nuts 100 g
- Sugar 200 g
- Extra virgin pine nut oil 100 ml
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- 2 egg yolk
- Baking powder 7 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 tablespoon
- Heat the oven to 370 F.
- Beat eggs and yolks with sugar until fluffy foam. Pour in pine nut oil, add vanilla sugar and milk, mix well with a spatula or wooden spoon. Add flour, sifted with baking powder, stir until a homogeneous dough, add half of the nuts and stir again.
- Put the dough in the prepared baking form and sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Bake 50 min. Leave on for 5-10 minutes in the form, and then finally cool.
