Cold Peach Soup with Pine Nuts


  • Peaches 4 pieces
  • Nectarines 4 pieces
  • Sugar/Honey Syrup 150 ml
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Pine nuts 75 g

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Peel the fruits and cut the pulp into cubes. Set aside half and blend the rest in a blender with sugar or honey syrup and lemon juice.
  2. Strain the juice and pour it into the tureen. Add fruit pieces. Stir.
  3. Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan and sprinkle the soup with them.
