Ramson and Pine Nut Pesto


  • Ramson 2 bunches
  • Pine nuts 0.6 cups
  • Extra pine nut oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a blender, put the chopped ramson (about 2 handfuls) and add 1 handful of pine nuts. Grind to a smooth state. Then, continuing bending, enter the pine nut oil to a thick paste. If the sauce is very thick, add some water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
